GAMBANG, 23 May 2026 – Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), the strategic think tank agency under the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), continues to strengthen artificial intelligence (AI) literacy among Malaysians through the Jelajah AI MyMahir TalentCorp (JAM TalentCorp) initiative. The Federal Government-led initiative aims to bring AI, digital, and future-ready skills closer to communities in a practical, accessible, and easy-to-understand manner.
Held today at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), this edition of JAM TalentCorp brought together 450 participants from diverse backgrounds, including university and school students, teachers, entrepreneurs, homemakers, women, FELDA youth, job seekers, local communities, and members of the public. The programme was implemented in collaboration with strategic partners including EY Malaysia and UMPSA.
JAM TalentCorp is designed as a practical and interactive learning platform, with modules tailored to participants’ backgrounds and needs. Through guided facilitation and hands-on sessions, participants are introduced to AI in ways that are directly applicable to work, education, business, career development, and everyday life.

According to Deputy Minister of Economy, YB Dato’ Indera Mohd Shahar bin Abdullah, the nationwide implementation of JAM TalentCorp reflects the importance of ensuring technology and future skills initiatives are translated into meaningful and practical benefits for the rakyat.
“AI is no longer limited to technology experts. What matters is how this knowledge can be translated into everyday use across all segments of society to help solve challenges more effectively and improve productivity.”
“Through Jelajah AI MyMahir TalentCorp, the Federal Government is bringing future skills and knowledge directly to the people. It is important that Malaysians are not only exposed to AI, but are also guided to understand, experiment with, and apply it confidently,” he said.
