Ms. Elizabeth Wong brings more than three decades of leadership experience in public policy, corporate governance and sustainability, including 15 years of experience in government-linked companies.

She served three terms as State Assemblywoman for Bukit Lanjan from 2008 to 2023 and was a member of the Selangor State Executive Council from 2008 to 2018, with portfolios spanning the environment, tourism, consumer affairs and green technology. During her tenure, she led state law reform, policy formulation and implementation across multiple state agencies, working with industry, local authorities and civil society on environmental protection, green growth and sustainable development.

Ms. Wong is a Director of Worldwide Holdings Berhad, where she contributes to board oversight of strategy, governance and sustainability across property development, environmental management, energy and medical devices. She is also a Director of Timor Connect Sdn. Bhd., which provides consultancy, government liaison and investment advisory services for Timor-Leste, ASEAN’s newest member state. She also serves on the Advisory Council of the Global Environment Centre.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Wong served as Secretary-General of the National Human Rights Society (HAKAM) and was a Fellow of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, with experience spanning human rights, international development and environmental advocacy.

Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from The Open University, United Kingdom. She has also completed executive programmes in business and sustainability leadership at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and Singapore Management University.

Mr. Mohd Khuzzan Abu Bakar has served with Bank Mualamat Malaysia for over 14 years. He has held various board member and chairman positions, and also served as a member of the Johor State Legislative Assembly from 2018 to 2022.

Mr. Sutekno bin Ahmad Belon is currently the Deputy Secretary General (Operations) at the Ministry of Human Resources. He has held several senior leadership roles in the public sector, including Director General of the National Anti-Drugs Agency, Director General of the Department of Manpower, and Senior Undersecretary at the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities as well as the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water.

Mr. Sutekno holds a Corporate Master in Business Administration from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, USA.

Mr. Aksyah Nasrah has extensive experience across the public and corporate sectors, including leadership and Board positions in agriculture, rural development and human capital development. He previously served as Chairman of Desa Group of Companies and NAFAS Bajakimia Sdn Bhd, as well as Deputy Director-General (SERANTA – Administration and Strategic Division) of FELCRA Berhad. His earlier public-sector experience as Administrative and Diplomatic Officer (PTD) includes roles with the Ministry of Human Resources, Ministry of Housing and Local Government, and Department of Community Development (KEMAS).

Mr. Aksyah holds a Master’s Degree in Human Capital Management from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, a Bachelor’s Degree in Malay Studies (Hons) from Universiti Malaya, and a Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) from Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN).

Mr. Tan Keng Siang is a corporate director with experience across business and local government. He currently serves as a Director of TL Group Capital Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and DBT Group Capital Holdings Sdn. Bhd., and has previously held directorships in companies within the food and beverage sector. He has also served as a Councillor of the Kuala Langat Municipal Council (MPKL) and Sepang Municipal Council (MPSP), contributing to local governance and community development.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Advance Tertiary College (ATC) and a Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) from Sunway College.

YB. Senator Dr. Jufitri Joha currently holds the position of Human Development Consultant at the Yayasan Negeri Sembilan. He is also a lawyer, a youth activist and also the former President of the Malaysian Youth Council (MBM).

He was appointed as a Senator in August 2025, reflecting his continued contribution to national development and policymaking.

YB Senator Dr. Jufitri obtained a law degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), followed by a Master of Arts in Community and Youth Work from Durham University, United Kingdom. He also holds a PhD in Youth Studies from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

YM Raja Hamzah Abidin Raja Nong Chik is the Managing Director of Southeast Asian private investment firm RHL Ventures. His vast experience as an investor includes positions with Guoco Group Hong Kong and Goldman Sachs Singapore. He was also the Head of Business Development at Rasma Corporation before being appointed as the Director of Impact Malaysia.

YM Raja Hamzah Abidin holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Warwick University, United Kingdom.
