Until 31 Dec 2024, Tan Sri Dr Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria was the Executive Director of the APEC Secretariat based in Singapore. She is the Pro Chancellor of Sunway University.
She began her career in the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1981 and retired in 2016, having served as Secretary-General of the Malaysian Ministry of International Trade and Industry from December 2010 to July 2016.
In ASEAN, she chaired the body that drafted the 2015 and 2025 ASEAN Economic Community Blueprints.
In 2024, she was featured in Forbes' third annual 50 Over 50: Asia list, showcasing 50 inspirational women over 50 from across the Asia-Pacific region.
In 2025, she supported the ASEAN Geoeconomics Task Force, providing policy recommendations as ASEAN navigates geoeconomic and geopolitical challenges.
She is an Independent Non-Executive Trustee of the MyKasih Foundation, the Hartalega Foundation and The Merdeka Awards.

Tehmina Kaoosji is an independent broadcast journalist with 14 years in news media, including Bernama TV, TV3, Sinar Daily and currently Astro Awani.
She is an experienced speaker and facilitator for federal, state and ministerial engagements, and an International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) certified trainer for Media, Politics and Gender.
Tehmina is a former two-term Board Member of the Institute of Journalists Malaysia, a founding member of the Malaysian Media Council (MMC) ProTem Committee, and a member of the MMC Committee for Law Reform & Media Literacy.
She is Partner & Communications Director of The Big Picture (TBP) Communications, specialising in gender, youth and social development policy and advocacy.
