A 6-month programme that focuses on supporting the careers of senior-level women from all industry sectors who are aiming for senior leadership roles
Overview
Working in partnership with ICAEW and Lead Women, the Women In Leadership Malaysia (WIL MY) programme for senior managers equips Malaysian women professionals with the strategies and skills to navigate, build and lead in a dynamic and ever-changing 21st century work environment.

The programme is structured to deliver a blended offering of:
  • Strengths and leadership awareness assessment
  • Career success strategies and skills workshops
  • Group coaching sessions
  • Optional mentoring sessions
Participants will benefit from the one-on-one mentoring by getting an external perspective and challenged by a successful corporate leader. The mentor will share their knowledge, skills and experiences to enhance an individual’s ability to achieve their goals and assist in career progression.

Research shows that having an external mentor is invaluable in supporting personal development, providing impartial guidance on practical business issues and expanding personal networks. In consultation with our leadership team, each mentor is carefully matched with a mentee based on their development objectives and best fit in terms of chemistry and experience.
