Promoting Work-Life Integration
Celebrating diversity at work and acknowledging its value to organisations. 
As the boundary between work and life blurs, there is a growing need to better integrate work and life for better productivity and balance. Businesses help address this need by implementing supportive strategies that champion Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in their workplace.

Our annual Life At Work event pays tribute to employers with progressive workplace strategies that demonstrate their commitment to the D&I agenda. These progressive employers carry the Life At Work brand mark, a distinction that may help them attract better talent.

On top of that, we also present Life At Work awards to deserving employers. The award categories are as follows:
  • Best Malaysian Organisation
  • Best International Organisation
  • Best Lean Organisation
  • Best Initiative
  • CEO Champion
ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?

Organisations, including government agencies and non-profit organisations who wish to participate in Life At Work must meet the following criteria: 

  • Offer at least three (3) Flexible Work Arrangements
  • Provide at least two (2) Family-Friendly Facilities and/or Work-Life Benefits

What is Life At Work? 
It is a collaboration between the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development and us to recognise and celebrate employers with leading workplace strategies that demonstrate drive, commitment and tenacity to champion the D&I agenda. We also aim to encourage employers to share their workplace practices that enable their employees to achieve work-life integration.
What do I gain by participating? 
By participating in Life At Work, companies are able to:
  • Be part of the Life At Work network of organisations 
  • Share and learn best practices from other organisations 
  • Obtain opportunities to enhance D&I practices 
  • Receive acknowledgement for their respective leading D&I practices 
How do I participate? 
Call for submissions are open every year. Keep a look out for it through the Life At Work site, our social media channels, and invitation e-mails from our team members and Diversity Advocates. 
How much does it cost to participate in Life At Work? 
There is no participation fee required.
What do the winners receive?
Honourees will receive the honouree’s trophy and be inducted into the list of Life At Work companies. Category winners will receive a trophy.
