Many women who left their jobs for family reasons hesitate to return to work, because they wonder how they can balance their work and family responsibilities. As more companies embrace flexible and family-friendly working environments, balancing work and life is no longer impossible.

The Career Comeback programme is available to women who:

  • Are Malaysian citizens
  • Have minimum of three (3) years working experience
  • Are on a career break for more than six (6) months, and unemployed during the career break
