Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre (MYXpats Centre)
Siva has been working closely with industry, government agencies, universities, chambers and international bodies to address Malaysia’s talent gaps. He is passionate about creating networks for Malaysia’s talent and optimising them for the current and future workforce, and facilitating global talent. He also works on female empowerment and on bringing back women to the workforce.

Siva has been at the forefront of immigration research and development, engaging various stakeholders towards developing policy recommendations to deliver a more facilitative framework for highly-skilled expatriates in Malaysia.

Apart from being the Deputy CEO of TalentCorp, Siva is also the Managing Director of the Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre (MYXpats Centre). He was responsible for setting up the Centre, which is a collaboration between TalentCorp Malaysia and the Immigration Department, and overseen by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Expatriates Services Division (ESD) of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Siva is an MBA holder and software engineer by training.
MAHURAN SARO SARIKI

Having begun her career in 1992 with the Ministry of Human Resources, Mahuran has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, and has a wide knowledge and experience in Human Capital Strategy & Development as well as Industrial Relation Management.

Prior to her role as Deputy CEO, Mahuran headed TalentCorp’s Research Department where she works closely with stakeholders from federal and state governments/agencies, industry players, employer federations, labour unions and international agencies in conducting research study on human capital requirement, including demand and supply talent/skills.

Mahuran holds a Bachelor of Sciences majoring in Business Administration from University of Creighton, Omaha, USA. She is a member of NAM Institute for the Empowerment of Women (NIEW), and enrols in the Women’s Directors Programme (WDP), which aims to improve the effectiveness of women directorship roles in Malaysian public-listed companies and statutory bodies.
SHARIZA HAMZAH

Special Projects

As the Head of Special Projects, Shariza runs through Talent Corp’s future strategies and developments with both Deputy CEOs.

Previously, she was the Head of Graduate and Emerging Talent in TalentCorp, strategising, planning and implementing initiatives for young and emerging Malaysian talent both in Malaysia and abroad.

Prior to her roles in TalentCorp, she worked in the Corporate Responsibility unit at Khazanah Nasional for two and half years. Shariza also has eight years of experience in the IT industry, having worked for branding boutique firms and IT-related companies to develop web-based applications, knowledge management systems, smartcard applications and online payment gateways.

Shariza graduated from Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya, in Software and Animation. In 2009, she furthered her studies and graduated with an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She also holds a Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan and Emeritus.

MOHD AMRIL MOHD JUNID

Human Capital, Capability and Administration
Mohd Amril manages the Human Capital Department and Administration at Talent Corp. He oversees all Human Resources end-to-end management from monitoring staff recruitment, training and remuneration.

In addition to this, Amril supports TalentCorp in regards to industry partnerships and government relations.

He has brought over 18 years of experience in Human Resources from his previous roles in employee relations, industrial relations and human resources business partner. He has served in various industries such as from Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, Audit, Automotive and Media.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, Florida.
NAZRUL AZIZ

Graduate & Emerging Talent
Government Relations
As the Head of Graduate and Emerging Talent Nazrul is responsible in developing and implementing strategic interventions to attract, nurture and retain Malaysian graduates and young talents.

Nazrul is an Administrative and Diplomatic (PTD) officer with the Government of Malaysia. For the past 15 years, he has served in various agencies at district, state and national level where he was responsible for physical and social development, socio-economic R&D, HR and finance, stakeholders management and leadership development.

Nazrul holds a Masters in Business Administration (Sustainable Development) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Bachelor in Science (Business Computing) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
