Mr. Mohd Khuzzan Abu Bakar has served with Bank Mualamat Malaysia for over 14 years. He has held various board member and chairman positions, and also served as a member of the Johor State Legislative Assembly from 2018 to 2022.

Mr. Sutekno bin Ahmad Belon is currently the Deputy Secretary General (Operations) at the Ministry of Human Resources. He has held several senior leadership roles in the public sector, including Director General of the National Anti-Drugs Agency, Director General of the Department of Manpower, and Senior Undersecretary at the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities as well as the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water.

Mr. Sutekno holds a Corporate Master in Business Administration from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, USA.

Datuk Badrul Hisham Mohd serves as Deputy Secretary General (Sectoral) at the Ministry of Economy, bringing close to three decades of experience in the Malaysian public service. He has held senior leadership roles across multiple ministries, including Agriculture and Food Security, Works, Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Home Affairs, Higher Education, and Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, with a strong track record in policy coordination and sectoral development.

Datuk Badrul Hisham holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Universiti Malaya and a Diploma in Public Management from Open University Malaysia.

Mr. Ramu Ganapathy Iyer is the Vice President of Micron Memory Malaysia. He has 35 years of experience spanning across the Electronic Manufacturing Services, Memory, SSD & HDD Storage, Photonics and Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industries, covering leadership roles in General Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and New Products Development roles.

Mr. Ramu holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, United States, and was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration (HDBA) by the Chartered Institute of Digital Economy, Singapore, in October 2025.

Mr. Mohd Farid Shah Mohd Basir is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cahya Mata. He has had career exposure abroad and across industries, ranging from telecommunications and insurance to fast-moving consumer goods (FMGC) and banking. He currently serves as the Vice President of Malaysia Employers Federation (MEF).

Mr Farid graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Studies (HR Management). He has also completed business and leadership programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School, Oxford Said Business School, INSEAD and IMD Switzerland.

YB. Senator Dr. Jufitri Joha currently holds the position of Human Development Consultant at the Yayasan Negeri Sembilan. He is also a lawyer, a youth activist and also the former President of the Malaysian Youth Council (MBM).

He was appointed as a Senator in August 2025, reflecting his continued contribution to national development and policymaking.

YB Senator Dr. Jufitri obtained a law degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), followed by a Master of Arts in Community and Youth Work from Durham University, United Kingdom. He also holds a PhD in Youth Studies from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Dr. Jasmine Begum is the Regional Director of Legal and Government Affairs at Microsoft Malaysia. Her extensive background includes leadership positions at Dell Malaysia and the United Nations, and she has held numerous directorial and advisory positions.

Dr. Jasmine holds a law degree from the International Islamic University (IIUM), two Master’s degrees (in law and Communication for Development) from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and a PhD in Comparative Law from Universiti Islam Malaysia (UIM).

YM Raja Hamzah Abidin Raja Nong Chik is the Managing Director of Southeast Asian private investment firm RHL Ventures. His vast experience as an investor includes positions with Guoco Group Hong Kong and Goldman Sachs Singapore. He was also the Head of Business Development at Rasma Corporation before being appointed as the Director of Impact Malaysia.

YM Raja Hamzah Abidin holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Warwick University, United Kingdom.
