DR. WAFI NAZRIN BIN DR. ABDUL HAMID
Dr. Wafi Nazrin has extensive corporate experience in the maritime (MISC), oil & gas (PETRONAS), aviation (Malaysia Airlines), automotive and manufacturing, construction/land development (UMW), and water services (Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad) industries. He started his career as a legal practitioner, and in 2007, won the INTERLAW Corporate Counsel of the Year Award. In 2010, the International Law Office, New York recognised Dr. Wafi as a leading international anti-trust counsel.
Dr. Wafi holds a First-Class Degree in Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship twice for his postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom; a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. Dr. Wafi also holds an MBA in Applied Finance and Investment from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a Postgraduate Diploma in European Union Competition Law from King’s College London. He was a contributing author to the legal reference “ASEAN Competition Laws”.
In 2021, the Government appointed Dr. Wafi as a member for a newly established 13-member advisory council for the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
MANIAM A/L ARUMUGAM
Maniam A/L Arumugam is the Deputy Secretary-General (Policy & International) in the Ministry of Human Resources. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and a B.A. (Hons) in Demographics, both from Universiti Malaya.

Datuk Ahmad Shalimin is currently the Executive Chairman of Bintang Bulk Mover Sdn Bhd. A prominent figure in the transportation and logistics industry, he served as the Founder and Past President of the Association of Malaysian Hauliers, and has held numerous directorial and advisory positions in various industries such as trading, services, retail, food and beverages, agriculture, and education. He is also a board member of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
Datuk Ahmad Shalimin graduated from the School of Public Administration and Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA. He is a member of the Malaysian Logistic Advisory Council (MLAC) and the Chartered Institute of Logistic and Transport in Malaysia (CILTM).

Murali Velautham is a prominent lawyer with extensive experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation. He established Messrs Murali Velautham and Associates in 1999, and is currently the Chairman of the Selangor Bar Committee, and council member of the Malaysian Bar (Bar Council).
Murali has a Law Degree from the University of Wolverhampton and holds the professional qualification Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP).

Senator Dato’ Nelson Renganathan contributes significantly to private education and training, and is the Founder and Group Executive Chairman of Regent Education Group. In addition to lecturing on various undergraduate and post-graduate programmes, he has set up several institutes of higher education and learning centres – the management of institutes of higher learning is his expertise.
Senator Dato’ Nelson holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, an MBA from the University of Hull, and a Master of Arts majoring in Human Behaviour from La Jolla University. He is a fellow of the Association of Business Executives (UK) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

Soori Bapoo is a Chartered Tax Accountant and a corporate consultant with over 25 years of experience in various industries, such as engineering, manufacturing, property and many others. Prior to this, he had a stint in various Chartered Accounting and tax firms.
Soori Bapoo graduated with a Degree in Association of International Accountants and holds an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, both in the United Kingdom. He is a fellow member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and Malaysian Association of Corporate Secretaries.
DATO' SRI WAN AHMAD NAJMUDDIN MOHD

Dato’ Sri Wan Ahmad Najmuddin has served in the police force for more than 40 years, and in March 2019, retired as the Director of Criminal Investigation Department at the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
Dato’ Sri Wan Ahmad Najmuddin holds a Degree in Law from the International Islamic University followed by a Master of Social Science (Police Studies) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is currently the Managing Partner at Messrs. Wan & Ting, and serves as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
