Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Principle
TalentCorp Group adopts a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption.
TalentCorp Group is committed to applying the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in their business activities by putting adequate policies and procedures to prevent bribery and corruption.
In line with TalentCorp Group’s core values, TalentCorp Group resolves to:
- Fight bribery by rejecting/not tolerating any form of corruption within the organization;
- Set out the responsibilities to comply with MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (“ABMS”) and MACC Act 2009, but not limited to any applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws;
- Undertake in the best interests in performing our duties as guided by the Code of Conducts and other relevant procedures;
- Establish Anti Bribery Management System (“ABMS”) Framework for setting, reviewing and achieving anti-bribery objectives;
- Ensure matters pertaining to integrity are managed independently according to the TRUST principles and guidelines by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”);
- Encourage the employees to report any forms of wrongdoing (as stipulated in the whistleblowing policy) through our whistleblowing channels and/or to the relevant authorities;
- Establish and continually improve TalentCorp Group’s Anti-Bribery Management System (“ABMS”);
- Ensure all employees are aware of the authority function and independence of anti-bribery compliance function; and
- Ensure all employees are aware and abide by all the policies, procedures, and directives of TalentCorp Group and aware that failure to comply may lead to disciplinary action.

In upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability, we have established this Code of Conduct and Ethics to guide the actions and decisions of our Board of Directors.
This Code serves as a foundation for promoting ethical leadership, transparency, and responsible governance across the organisation.

Whistleblowing Policy
TalentCorp Group is committed to the principles of transparency, truthfulness, fairness and accountability and conduct themselves with a high standard of professionalism and integrity in the conduct of its business and/or activities.
