Expatriates

We facilitate top foreign talents in Malaysia to work and live here on a longer-term basis so that they can continue to contribute their expertise, particularly in areas of critical skill gaps.
Major cities and strong economies thrive on diversity. A diverse talent pool presents expertise and experience that crosses boundaries and cultures, bringing the best practices from around the world into one single entity – the Malaysian economy. To remain competitive in the global economy, our local pool must be enhanced with the best skills and talents that can be tapped globally. Only then will Malaysia be able to achieve a high income status by 2020.

To facilitate foreign talent in Malaysia, TalentCorp collaborates with the Immigration Department of Malaysia on the Expatriate Services Division, a one-stop facility aiming to streamline and enhance immigration service delivery for expatriate talent. We facilitate top expatriate talents in Malaysia to work and live here on a longer-term basis through the Residence Pass-Talent so that they can continue to contribute their expertise, particularly in areas of critical skill gaps that cannot be fully addressed by Malaysian talent. We also facilitate young top foreign talent to contribute to Malaysia’s economy through the Employment Pass (Category II), which enables top foreign graduates who have completed tertiary education in Malaysia to pursue employment in the country.
