Guide to applying for REP

    Register for your REP account and verify your designated e-mail account within two (2) working days.

    Log in online and complete the online form and attach the following documents within thirty (30) days of your REP Account Registration. The deadline for processing of monthly applications is the 15th of every month.
    1. Detailed CV/ resume
    2. Passport
    3. Academic certificate(s)
    4. Professional certificate(s) (if any)
    5. Spouse’s passport (if any)
    6. Children’s passport or birth certificate (if any)
    7. Children’s passport or birth certificate (if any)
    8. Confirmation of current employment/latest salary slip
    9. Marriage certificate (if any)

    You will only be able to submit your application once the necessary information and annexures have been completed. Once submitted, a confirmation of submission e-mail will be sent to your e-mail inbox.

    Your application will be processed and brought to the monthly REP committee meeting held every last Friday of the month.

    You will receive a notification e-mail within 2 working days after the REP committee meeting, informing you on the status of your application.

    You will be able to log into your account and download the letters and guidelines which will outline the next steps towards claiming your incentives.
